4. Check-In and Security Policy

  • Valid photo ID is mandatory at check-in
  • Foreign nationals must produce passport and visa
  • Indian nationals must submit a government-approved ID
  • Check-in: 14:00 hrs | Check-out: 11:00 hrs
  • Early check-in / late check-out subject to availability and charges

5. Child Policy

  • Children below 5 years stay free (sharing parents’ bed)
  • Children 5 years and above are chargeable

6. Resort Policies

  • Blackbuck National Park is closed from 16th June to 15th October annually
  • Loud music, noise, and car honking are strictly prohibited
  • Guests are encouraged to minimize plastic usage

7. Cancellation Policy

  • 45 days prior: Full refund
  • 30 days prior: 50% cancellation charges
  • 15 days prior: 100% cancellation charges
  • Bookings during Diwali, Christmas, long weekends, or blackout dates are non-refundable

8. Payment Policy

Reservations are confirmed only after receipt of full or partial payment as per booking terms. Velavan BlackBuck Resort reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of incomplete payment.

9. Amendments to the Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to meet legal and operational requirements. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
